Rogers Pool, Patio & Toy Co., Inc. has been in business since 1945, family owned and operated by the Rogers family. Our mission is to provide quality swimming pools, spas, patio furniture, pool toys, parts and accessories at the lowest possible prices to owners, for hours of fun and entertainment.

ORDERING

Ordering by Phone
Orders are accepted by phone Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM EST Saturdays 9:00 am to 4:00 PM EST by calling our sales department toll free at 800-698-7946. Some special offers available on this web site may require online ordering and not apply to orders received by phone.

International Orders
We understand the special needs of our international customers, and extend the extra level of support you require. We try to offer shipping most anywhere in the world at the most economical rates possible. All orders destined to international addresses will be held until all items are in stock to save on shipping charges. Please be aware that some items in our catalog are not available to international customers due to manufacturer or export restrictions.



PAYMENT METHODS

Credit Cards
Our preferred payment method is by credit card. We find most of our customers also prefer to pay using a credit card for various reasons ranging from security to incentive programs offered by issuing banks. We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover cards. Your account will never be billed until your order has been shipped.

Pre-payment by Check
You may place an order by personal check by mailing payment to our address (at the top of this and every page on our site). Please be sure to note your order number on your payment for proper credit. Please allow 7 - 10 days for your order to ship if sending payment by check. No online orders will be shipped COD. Nothing can be sent until payment is received! Hey, it's America- you know the drill!

Sales Taxes
All applicable state sales taxes are the responsibility of the customer, and do not reflect online, due to the wide area Rogers Pools services. Sales tax will be added to your order at the store level, and will be applied, and marked clearly, on your order. A $6.95 stock/packing charge is added to all orders.



RETURN POLICIES

Please retain all original packing materials in the event that return of merchandise is necessary. Returned products must be received in its original packaging and in original condition or restocking fees may apply. If the merchandise is being returned for warranty, please see manufactures warranty information. We do not accept warranty returns at this location all warranty's are done by the manufacturer.

Returns
All returned merchandise must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted! Returns are for store credit only for use at Rogerspools.com. No refunds. To receive an RMA, please send an e-mail to our customer service department with the following information: your original order number, part number and description of the item you wish to return, the reason for return, your full name, daytime phone number, and e-mail address.
An RMA number will be sent to you via e-mail or a support representative will contact you. Once you have received your RMA number, please repackage the product in its original shipping materials and address the package following the instructions provided with your RMA. Be sure to note your RMA number on the shipping label or the package will be refused and returned to you. You are responsible for properly insuring the package - we cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in route to us. If you are returning an item for credit, please be certain that the returned item is complete, including warranty cards, manuals, etc. If any items are missing, warranty card is written on, or if the package is damaged in any way you will be assessed a minimum 15% restocking fee. We reserve the right to not accept an item for return if it is in unsellable condition when received. Any shipping, insurance, and phone charges are not refundable. No returns for credit will be accepted after 30 days from initial shipment. The maximum credit on a return is the current selling price, less any restocking fee if applicable. All duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING

UPS GROUND IS OUR STANDARD SHIPPING METHOD
We offer three modes of shipping within the 48 contiguous United States Only. The Total Time indicates how long it should take from the time you place your order until the time you receive your order. Some products cannot be shipped Rush or Express due to federal regulations or size restrictions. Shipping restrictions will be clearly identified in the product description and/or on the checkout screen.
